 arian film &ldquo;La hija del Mestre&rdquo; (1928) by Francisco Gonz&aacute
 ;lez Gonz&aacute;lez, based on the traditional Canarian Zarzuela of the sam
 e name as the musician Santiago Tejera Ossavarry, was linked to the socio-c
 ultural life of Gran Canaria for several years until she was permanently se
 cluded in the postwar period. Through unique archival materials, the docume
 ntary is also about painters, writers and editors of a magazine that dynami
